Chief Education Supervisor
The Office of the School Governance and Operations Division is headed by Chief Supervisor Dr. Cecilia S. Custodio.
The SGOD Chief provides strategic direction and technical inputs to the management of the schools division towards effective and efficient governance and operation of the schools and learning centers and in being accountable for its organizational effectiveness.
The SGOD Chief also leads and manages the work of the team that will help ensure that Schools Division have the resources, technical assistance and are able to implement sustainable programs and projects to help schools establish and manage conducive learning environment and ensure learner readiness to learn.
The Office of the School Governance and and Operations Division is assisted by the Education Program Supervisor in the development and supervision of the implementation of special programs and projects of the Schools Division of Bulacan towards the holistic development of learners (non-curricular).

The Education Program Supervisor also provides technical assistance to schools to help them implement sustainable programs and projects.
Programs and projects related to learner development:
(e.g. palaro, leadership development, boy scouting, girl scouting, etc…) and educational support (e.g. brigada eskwela, adopt a school, etc.)
