The Legal Services of the Schools Division of Bulacan, headed by Atty. Elmer D. Lopez, is an office attached to the Office of the Schools Division Superintendent that provides legal advice and render legal opinions to the Schools Division Superintendent, Asst. Schools Division Superintendents, officials of the schools division in relation to the performance of their functions.
