The K to 12 Grade 4 Training of Teachers was recently held last May 18-24, 2015 at St. Paul College of Bocaue and Jesus is Lord Colleges Foundation Inc. simultaneously. Different learning areas were covered from English, Math, Science, Filipino, AralingPanlipunan, ESP,EPP and MAPEH conducted by the Education Program Supervisors namely; Dr.Rainelda Blanco, Mrs.AnastaciaVictorino, Mr. Jerry Cruz, Mr.VirgilioLaggui, Mrs. Ma. Cristina Nogoy, Mr. Marquez Cartel, Dr.CarlitoDela Cruz, Dr. Cecilia Custodio, PSDS and Principals composed by, Mrs. Aurora Enriquez, Mrs. Josefina Cruz, Mrs.EdelmiraDorega, Mr. Enrico Manaid, Dr.Priscila Navarro, Dr. Leonora Bergado, Mr. Rene Cruz, Dr.AnabellPalomo, Dr.Lorelina Sierra, Mrs.CharitoLaggui, Dr.Lisette Gregorio, Mrs.TeresitaAlquiza, Mrs. Raquel Salazar, Dr. Lolita Dayao, Mrs. Minerva Sarmiento, Dr.BabyLynGuiao, Mr. Noel Flores, Mr. Gilbert Agapito, Mrs. Noemi Caparas, Dr.RevelynManiego, Mr. Daniel Ortega and Mrs. Cristina Flores.  The training was participated by a total of 1,001 Grade 4 teachers from different schools around Bulacan.

The said event aims to equip the Grade 4 Teachers in the preparation of K to 12 for the coming school year from classroom based assessment to curriculum framework. The training started with a mini program graced by Schools Division Office of Bulacan officials headed by the superintendent Dr. Romeo M. Alip, CESO V, who gave a very inspiring message to the participants that lead them to be more enthusiastic and energetic in every activity, interaction and training that was provided to them. A message from Hon. Bro. Armin Luistro, DepEd Secretary, was also given during the first day as well as the Updates on K to 12 by USEC Dr. Dina S. Ocampo.

The 7-day Training started and ended smoothly as each and every teacher-participant would go home rich in different information from their respective learning areas from conceptual framework, content of their learning materials and teacher’s guide, teaching strategies and classroom based assessment. Their 7th day ended with a mini closing program per class with demonstration from teachers who are also participants showcasing the 21st Century skills that a teacher for K to 12 should possessed.
