The Office of the Schools Division Superintendent (OSDS), together with the two (2) Assistant Schools Division Superintendents, ensures access to, promotes equity in, and continuously improves the quality of basic education within the schools division under its care. It leads the development and implementation of the Division Education Development Plans (DEDP), programs, and standards in alignment with national educational policies, plans, and standards. The OSDS also builds partnerships and networks with education stakeholders and effectively and efficiently manages the financial, human, and physical resources of the schools division.
